It’s been a tough day. The week hasn’t been great, but I’ve managed to deal with my cravings.
Until today.
A slice of chocolate/caramel macademia nut cake, a grilled cheese sandwich, a couple of mini Butterfingers, a fish sandwich, french fries, and a few bits of a chocolate ice cream sundae…
That is what happens when PMS attacks. Throw in some irritability and night sweats for good measure and my life has been a regular party.
Ick, ick, ick.
The good news is that tomorrow I’ll go to the gym and run. It might not make up for everything, but it’s a new day and I’ll do better. Lest you think all was bad, I was able to avoid Cheetos not once, but twice today. That’s something, I suppose.
I have a weight goal that I want to make by the 17th. If I do that, I’m going to head to the big city to a yarn shop that I’ve never been to. Based on my weigh-in last Sunday, I only have about a pound and half to lose. I know I’ll have some damage control to do after today, though.

I believe if you really want it then you should have it and you had good reason this week! Hope you can do good damage control! I go and get weighed tomorrow after my snow related missed class last week. I hate to say ‘hope I’ve lost some’ and wish I had more confidence in myself because I’ve not blown it in any way but have had a few more ’syns’ and some jellied sweeties. My scales are telling me I’m down so we’ll see. I’m sure I’m just setting myself up in case of a gain so I’m not too disppointed, if you know what I mean.
